Returns Policy

At The Bargain Quest, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase due to a production issue, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. Please read the following guidelines carefully to ensure a smooth return process.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Any tags or labels must remain attached.
  • Production Issues: Returns are accepted only if there is a production issue with the item, such as defects in workmanship or materials. We cannot accept returns for items that are not defective or damaged.

2. Timeframe

The return request must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

3. Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@thebargainquest.com. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and a brief explanation of the production issue. We will provide you with further instructions and a return authorization, if applicable.

4. Return Shipping

In the case of returns due to production issues, we may offer free return shipping. If applicable, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label. If the return does not involve a production issue, you will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item. We recommend using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over a certain value. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

6. Exclusions

Certain items may be non-returnable, including but not limited to:

  • Personalized or customized items
  • Items that show signs of use or damage that are not due to production issues
